Nose and Chin Surgery
Cosmetic nose surgery is known as a rhinoplasty. Often a large nose may be accompanied by a weak or receding chin. In these patients a chin implant or a genioplasty is helpful and may be easily done at the same surgery, creating an overall balanced result. I will discuss these two operations individually. In addition, some patients benefit from liposuction of the neck to define the chin/jaw area.
Facial aging occurs in all of us, and several factors play roles in this process. These include:
